1. I built my knowledge on my ancestors,
And from the company of my sheikhs and comrades,

2. So I do not pray with them except I recite to them,
From the Quran for what is in it for people.

3. Unless the attributes in the servant are the eyes,
Of the Beloved, so this is the eye of fairness.

4. Myself argues with me when I purify it,
And the dust on my feet from taking off my slippers.

5. And how can I take them off when I wore them,
With the purity of my feet and my attributes.

6. That I be characterized after being distanced,
From Him and brought near by the attributes of my ancestors.

7. Disability and poverty to my Lord and humiliation,
With insistent request and encirclement.

8. To a gentle, caring and cautious companion,
And I am not stiff, dry and barren.

9. When I remembered the one I depend on,
Glory be to Him, I was the confirmer and the denier.

10. So denial is purifying Him from every accident,
Of attributes in which there is discrepancy.

11. And I do not prove for the Merciful a description,
Except what He said in His saying, the sufficient.

12. God has a scale of justice in His creation,
So if I weighed, I am the outweighing witness.

13. I am sick and none knows my illness,
Except the All-Knowing of my state, the Merciful Healer.

14. That hiding in customs is from my nature,
So I am no knowledge like an uncovered human.

15. That acting with names reveals what,
Would be its adornment in the hidden scene.

16. The servant fails, seeking the origin of his growth,
While the other is characterized as the inflated claimant.

17. My dress is short as the address came with it,
And the dress of my religion is a dress with a trailing edge.

18. The waters of the people of claims are not delicious,
And water like mine is the pure delicious.

19. The homes of the people of power in creation are inhabited,
And the abode of the people of glory, its mark is brilliant.

20. My Lord bestows upon me every generosity,
When I ask, with blessings and increase.

21. I knew that Allah is Generous,
And that He has hidden subtleties upon us.

22. I praised Him for generosity from poverty and harm,
So He rewarded me with increase.

23. As a pasture, when the rainmaker waters it,
With what improves it from different water.

24. So with palms the generosity of horses, if they surpassed
The swiftness of them with generosity and honor.

25. Do not rejoice in the equivalence of the two palms if
Your deeds are weighed for the sake of honor.

26. And mention the Merciful frequently in an assembly,
Of angels, chieftains, and nobles.

27. And beware of accepting a gift I came with,
Out of your longing or extravagance.

28. The stranger is protected in his ups and downs,
Like Chinese pearls in the shells of oyster shells.

29. The Generous takes care of him with reward,
Continuous upon him, and favors and succession.

30. If an arrow of tribulation came to him cautiously,
From affliction, arrows of thousands would come to him.

31. The righteous servants have set up
To shoot arrows of his tribulations like targets.

32. Allah protects them from every calamity,
With what He produces of subtleties and compassions.

33. From a Lord hidden to me and encompassing,
And protecting with that which He bestows and compassions.

34. From the Beautiful One who has not ceased to provide him,
With the like of Himself to spread good around me.
