1. The delight of the eye and sight
Moses came with fate

2. With what calls for consideration
And what destiny approves

3. Of matters when they appear
They confound the beholder

4. Exalted, nothing is seen
Except by the one with sight

5. And what they perceive
Is merely the trace

6. Like His supreme names
That people specify

7. Protected, unaware of it
A lineage, all belonging to it

8. A lineage in what is apparent
Of my existence and affliction

9. To the end of life
And my transition that concludes

10. Thus it came in scriptures
Of lasting bliss

11. In gardens and river
With a Lord all-powerful

12. In what He willed by might
Or eternal torment

13. In misguidance and flame
We ask Allah for pardon

14. The Generous One who forgave
