1. By the surah of Al-'Asr
Mankind is certainly in loss

2. Except for those who have advised themselves
With truth and patience

3. For they are the ones who have attained salvation
From the punishment of Allah in the grave

4. Then on the Day of Resurrection when
They will be gathered before the Throne at the gathering
