1. What a night is the Night of Decree if not for its Seer,
And it is evidence of the good contained within it.

2. It encompasses every good destined for us
In a thousand months, and that predetermined decree suffices it.

3. And nothing exceeds
What was predetermined for us until fulfilled.

4. For none can limit the Essence in number,
Since it is the good of a Lord deposited within it.

5. And His good is eternal, it has no end,
So God protects it, and God suffices it

6. From every eye that would lead it to ruin,
Even if we strived to avoid it.
