1. I am the sublime verses
My abode is the garden of meanings

2. I am an eye witnessing Existence
I have none other than the sublime verses

3. So call me, oh companion
And I am not a companion

4. Everything in existence ends with me
I recite the one whose essence

5. Transcended existence
I have acquired wisdom

6. In the farthest and nearest places
I have no equal but the one

7. Whose affair resembles mine
So critique if you wish

8. What my tongue has brought
Of subtle things that draped

9. The realities of beautiful making
For hearts that have turned

10. From the superficialities of paradise
Seekers of the Most High

11. Beyond the cycles of time
He is the One, the Exalted

12. He has no second in dominion
It is He who chose me

13. And He who elected me
And made me a peer

14. Between baseness and exaltation
So I oppose all opponents

15. And befriend all companions
And assist all assistants

16. And accompany all accompaniers

17. So when I fall low
It is by the mansions of exaltation

18. And when I ascend on high
It is by unraveling creations

19. So I give meanings
And I empty supplications
