1. Nature's rule in bodies is well-founded
For it is their origin, and origin is respected

2. So look at them when time has worn them down
Their unity scatters, nothing remains or is left

3. In fire it melts them, in gardens it rules them
It judges us, as you know, so remember

4. That for it, torment is like bliss
And its sin, for the mystically aware, is forgiven

5. God made it judge us and made it wise
It cannot evade enforcing His decree

6. With it He torments us, with it gives us joy
No mortal can escape its judgments

7. Glory to Him whose mercy encompasses all things
In good and evil—such is knowledge's advice

8. Exalted is God, His mysteries are uncountable
All is from Him, as predestined by Fate
