1. When I mention God with His own remembrance
It is not He who is mentioned, nor am I the rememberer

2. And that is the most perfect remembrance for every rememberer
If you do not realize it, you have no knowledge of this matter

3. So be the eye of the remembrance of the remembrance, not remembering
With any face other than this, for then you are manifest

4. And be one with every aspect you excel in
And numbers and details confuse you while the essential is present

5. So let whoever wishes stand firm and whoever wishes slip away
For this is what destinies have led to

6. If you do not know what I say
In the presence of the Truth, you have no trade

7. If you were to be upon the attribute I spoke of
The cycles would not revolve around you

8. For your land did not align and your possessions are firmly established
And your wind did not settle and your limit is reckless

9. My friend, why does the wind come from the south
So it changes direction and obstacles block my path

10. Yet I am of the People of the House, I am no outcast
Nor am I a saddler, nor am I one who stitches

11. So I do not care which winds blow against me
Changing their courses, for I command

12. To command with the command which has no opposite
When inner secrets are tested on the day the enemies' arrows strike

13. Blessed is He who has fixed the Truth as a person
And whose possession aids and whose possession protects

14. And I did not know from you, both relatives and enemies
If you are patient with those you show patience to

15. They say the crack is necessarily matched by repair
And though they cracked they did not persevere

16. In what the light of the sun has of significance in that
And were it not for it, no rainfall would come to you
