1. Had I not accepted, I'd not have seen my being,
And through it You blessed my state of witnessing.

2. Regard me, look into the signs of my wisdom,
Who knows the source of my being and its origin?

3. And through it distinguish those of my creation,
And why in His knowledge He willed my increase.

4. He is The Rich, while I cannot know His essence,
Except through Him - transcending my limits.

5. When we knew His generosity through His being,
Through otherness, I lost my unicity.

6. God knows I’m not Him, or as though I’m not,
Except by the cheek of my ancestors.

7. I’ve been stripped of His Names, Attributes,
And Being and Aspects by my limits.

8. Had I not confessed to Him who is my origin,
I'd not have said, “Distinction and unicity.”
