1. A planet in self-glorification said,
So wonder cast him in a prison of chalk.

2. The wisdom of his Master at night appeared,
To give him life, so with herself she did away.

3. The planet complained with yearning and ardour,
For the companionship of the sons of his kind.

4. It was said: “What wisdom is with this lover?
He desires and asks for a union in fives.”

5. She took him and came in her adornment,
Towards her Maker, and landed on His Holiness.

6. She called him, so he came answering,
“O lover, who desires her for himself!”

7. Thank God in every state,
My daughter, your night is with its wedding.
