1. When I mention the one whose mention hides me from him
And confines his remembrance within my mind

2. Mention with words is the essence of mention from him, verily
So we mention him while observing

3. If he had not transformed into images in the eye
No one’s mention in both ways would be correct

4. And mention with the heart is a mention without letters
Because it is one from the inhabitants of the town

5. I see the creation of eras standing
It is what was inherently created in the liver

6. He is the most pure, nothing resembles him
Even if he was limited to me in body and physique

7. He is the limited in absoluteness, his image
So he is the many without being of number

8. But they are attributes and the essence is one
It is selfhood called the One, the Eternal

9. I found his beautiful names in our presence
Ninety nine, neither decreased nor increased

10. So they became a hundred, in which are our realities
And the even numbers disappeared in the One

11. The Truth is oneness, but
Its multiplicity appears in my vision

12. And the cause of multiplicity, its rulings
Are for our eyes, so we are its existence

13. No existence for essences in themselves
Rather, existence is His between them
