1. I have no support nor pillar nor burden
Except to me, for I am the eye and the news

My knowledge and revelation, so from me comes benefit and harm

3. Without my authority, names would have no effect
I am the named, so to me belong the names and the effect

4. Look at Him through us, you will find Him the eye, I am
So the viewer is the truth, and the viewed, and the viewing

5. And do not distinguish, for distinction is ignorance
None distinguishes except the truth and the forms

6. Do you not see that when His two hands moved
Towards a lump of what you call man

7. God distinguished essences, so He said to us
This is the station, and this the pillar, and the stone
