1. And if tidings do not come at their times
For wisdom with God they are delayed

2. He will bring them at their hour so wait for them
Even if they are constricted and barren for you

3. The tears of despair flow from you, and perhaps
In the morning you will see the tidings illuminated

4. So tomorrow your tears will flow in joy
And you will see the clouds with hopes rained

5. And you will see yesterday’s circumstances as balm
They wearied you when things were difficult

6. And you will say, glory to He who lifted the affliction
After hope was lost, ease came
