ضِدُّ يُصيب الحُرَّ حينَ يعارضُ
2. Wine delights the taste and its breeze
But when it sours it becomes bitter vinegar
٢. فالخمرُ يمتَعُ ذوقُها ونَسيمُها
فإذا استحالَتْ فهْيَ خَلٌ حامِضُ
