1. I hope for the best means, that I hope for Him
And it is enough of an intercessor that I call upon Him
١. أَرْجى الوَسائلِ أنَّني أرجُوهُ
وكفى شَفيعاً أنَّني أدعوهُ
2. If He did not want for me what I succeed with
I would not call upon Him nor hope for Him
٢. لو لَمْ يُرِد بي ما أفوزُ بهِ
ما كنتُ أدعوهُ ولا أرجوهُ
3. Have mercy on those deficient in their intellects
Increase for You from what Allah has given You
٣. اِرحَمْ ذَوي النَّقصِ في عُقولِهِم
يَزِدْكَ مِمَّا أفادَكَ اللهُ
4. Perfection that you wish for
Is only for He whom there is no god but Him
٤. ليسَ الكَمالُ الّذي تُؤَمِّلُهُ
إلاّ لِمَنْ لا إله إلاّ هُو
