They have met with words, and you have adorned,
١. بأبي معانِيكَ الوَسِيمةَ إنَّها
لاقَتْ بأَلفاظٍ وَشَيْتَ وِسامِ
2. As if they are dowered damsels,
In the arms of husbands, for them so gentle.
٢. فكأنَّهُنَّ كرائمٌ مَمهورَةٌ
في حِضْنِ أزواجٍ لُهنَّ كِرامِ
