1. I inherited from my ancestors obedience
And that obedience brings reward for the ancestors

There would be no fertility, place, generosity or granting

3. I said without piety the sword would not change
For life and sustenance there is prevention and granting

4. Their house is made everlasting by the pillar of morning
It has meteors for pegs and ropes

5. Rejoice in the conquest of the Commander of the Faithful, he came
His command covers all the land answering

6. What was not imagined could happen
And the opening was difficult when the door was shut

7. The ancient kings despaired of it and after
People were tried by its afflictions for ages

8. Your time came and the days are forthcoming
So the abundance of blasphemy was stemmed

9. A victory Saladin restored its splendor
His concise speech has eloquent expression

10. The sounds of spears in war delight him

With serving the victorious, nail-driving supporter
