١. لا تَعجَبَنَّ لِأَحمَقٍ
نالَ الغِنى مِن غَيرِ كَدِّه
2. While an intelligent man earns little,
For each strives with their own effort.
٢. وَلِعاقِلٍ ما يَستَقلِ
لُ فَكُلُّهُم يَسعى بِجَدِّه
