1. I am the anger of every slanderer,
And I am the path to Paradise,

2. And I am the truth from the Prophet,
The one sent with the Seven Oft Repeated.

3. I am from Ali the most High,
Not from so-and-so or someone else.

4. I am the religion of Muhammad's family,
The ships of salvation, the shooting star of safety.

5. And I am the companion in spite of the noses
Of the hostile ones to the Quran.

6. I am the jewel of the complete crown,
A pearl in the perfect necklace.

7. Is there a reproacher, or challenger, or
Critic, or condemner?

8. Alas! All fall short
Of my loftiness on the day of the wager.

9. By me is guidance found, by me following,
Both mankind and jinn.

10. Can injustice be compared to me
From the new scriptures besides me?

11. No way! And the verses of the Seven
I have no peer among scriptures.

12. And suffice is He who collected me
Pride for those who narrate from Him.

13. Zayd leader of truth, best
Of creation, whether near or far.

14. O you who ignorantly turned away
From the paths of guidance and elocution.

15. Turn to me determined,
Leave laziness and hesitation.

16. And cease following your desires,
Verily whims are the polytheism of disgrace.

17. That you may win on Judgement Day
Safety, and your wishes.

18. And be singled out in the Gardens
Of Eden in status and abode.

19. Beware presenting as ignorant
To me of noble status.

20. Whoever turns away from me
Turns not to the scent of Paradise.
