1. Our vanguards herald good tidings and joy
And our banners are raised in victory and conquest

2. And our enemies on the day of battle, with our swords
Their hearts are severed in fear

3. The rebels have all become captives
Due to their rebellion, slain and killed

4. None remain but prisoners, fugitives
And corpses for the birds, beasts and insects

5. Had you and the swords met them
In battle one day, bowing and kneeling

6. You'd have seen a lion in the midst of the pack
Pouncing while the hands of death are quick

7. Having stayed up with eyes unshut
Striking their hearts and hearing with blows

8. The hands of those who criticized you are scattered
And they have no gathering except on Judgement Day

9. They hadn't realized when they opposed us
That time turns against the oppressor

10. The door of victory remains open with conquest
So what can the stubborn rebel do?

11. Our stronghold's stars are our tongues
On the day of battle, shining bright

12. Our guns like meteors that no bird
Can escape when our enemy it strikes

13. No demon remains that our sparks don't pursue
Continuing to pelt him with flames

14. We rain cannons on the accursed one
With no defense against God's decree

15. Al-Qabraji died without cause or quarrel
He has turned away with no escape

16. The land grew tight, so he found no place
No country or spot in which to stay

17. And Al-Ayn Ali met misfortune and curse
His eyes spilling over with sadness and tears

18. We gave Al-Qabay a cup of misery to drink
He turned away while cups of woe he drank

19. Their horses have fled the battlefield
Leaving it empty while they are patched

20. Each morning they seek safety for themselves
Vanquished, not turning back or listening

21. How can they find safety with red death behind them
Raging with sharpened white and brown swords?

22. When you, O King, ignite the fire of resolve for war
Not even Chosroes, Bacchus or Tubba

23. You possess might and formidable strength
Subduing the mighty foe in fear and humility

24. You are the fierce lion and the king
Before whose power even lions cower and submit

25. The rightly-guided, wise, glorious hero
With formidable might, courage and resolve

26. Brother of accomplishments who storms the troops in fray
With unwavering determination that time cannot shake

27. Smiling, you strike with spears in battle
When the youth's age for it is ripe

28. Noble, bestowing when you give, magnificent when you help
Brother of generosity, bringing harm and benefit

29. You are the sea except your bounty is sweet
From it, generosity for us is an overflowing spring

30. Of high station, home of fortune is your home
An abode of happiness that you've never left

31. The Faiha oasis blossomed in security through you
And the beautiful gazelles graze openly

32. Through you its days are joyful, all
Delight, happiness and companionship

33. Through you it gained glory and built greatness
Thus protected and shielded by God's praise

34. And became mighty through your supremacy
With no ambitions of the rebel or greedy hopes

35. Good fortune to one who comes to your doorstep circulating
And consider themselves blessed by you

36. O King who surpassed those before him
And whose highest abode and loftiest station

37. You established the minaret of religion for truth
Repelling rebels while truth is called to

38. And spread justice among us after oppression
Fulfilling while oppressors lament

39. And rains of generosity poured upon us
Naturally disposed to giving without holding back

40. None compares when faced with your benevolence and munificence
Created with a nature made to give

41. May God grant you victory and conquest
None heard of a conquest like this in our time

42. So I present to you from me a garden
Containing a meadow of my praise, abundantly adorned

43. With wonderfully crafted verses singing your praises
As impenetrable armor of studded pearls

44. An ode containing in each verse a pearl
Studded with all kinds of rhetorical devices

45. May your arrows continue striking your enemies
And may your sword continue to sever necks

46. And may you continue rising in the sky of glory
With happiness in your constellation of glory rising

47. And may you remain, for as long as the east winds blow
And for as long the branches sigh upon the wood
