3. Scion of loyalty, endowed with every boast,
Exalted in your fame, goal of each seeker's sight,

4. Dear in the law's first place; by you true votaries
Of guidance model their devotions day and night.

5. You scaled the heights of justice, while beneath its stars
Men wander, having missed the path without a light.

6. And yet we hope to see your high estate become
While Sa'ud's fair rule endures, still more bedight

7. With fortune, and the Lord of Glory be your aid
Beside this pact the king brought to consummate height.
