1. If you were given what you want by reason
Then you would not gain in this world a livelihood
١. لَو كُنتَ بِالعَقلِ تُعطى ما تُريدُ إِذَن
لَما ظَفِرتَ مِنَ الدُنيا بِمَرزوقِ
2. You were given money in ignorance so you live by it
Thus you are not the first crazy yet fortunate one
٢. رُزِقتَ مالاً عَلى جَهلٍ فَعِشتَ بِهِ
فَلَستَ أَوَّلَ مَجنونٍ وَمَرزوقِ
