1. One day Judaima called the loyal
To avoid a precious tribe
١. دَعا بِالبَقَّةِ الأَمناءَ يَوماً
جذيمَةُ يَنتَحي عَصَباً ثَمينا
2. He obeyed himself and disobeyed the short one
And he used to say, if only certainty was beneficial
٢. فَطاوَعَ نَفسَهُ وَعَصى قَصيراً
وَكانَ يَقولُ لَو نَفَعَ اليَقينا
