1. With the cannon of salty sea a palace is built
Its foundations on steadfast heights are wrought
١. إِنَّ بِمَدفَعِ المَلحاءِ قَصراً
قَواعِدُهُ عَلى شَرَفٍ مُقيمِ
2. May God reward you, O Umar ibn Hafs
With Gardens of Paradise, for the brothers sought
٢. جَزاكَ اللَهُ يا عُمَرَ بِنَ حَفصٍ
عَنِ الاِخوانِ جنّاتِ النَعيمِ
