26. And I shall fashion for Khalid and his folk
A praise that plunges for him into every cave,

31. And he spent after a gap for a tremendous passion
And released into contentment each needy one,

32. And he generalized benefit and attained the greatest fortune
For a brother who erred and a confused companion,

33. And he turned away from fraud and exercised forbearance,
From one who rebels and takes to the wastes,

34. And he exerted further care and achieved more assault
With the right when reasons accumulate,

36. A statement and defense of Muhammad's religion
While right has partisans and has allies,

37. And he desired, after being cautious that his vein not be severed
Until he kills every cautious one's vein,

38. And he exerted himself when time was difficult with latitude
In comfort, and deemed a neighbor's inviolability mighty,

39. And he strove when the time was difficult with latitude
In the refusal of each partnership and wealth,

40. Were you not a man, you would be, with what you see,
Flesh whose merits even contentious wranglers concede,

41. A falcon who hunts when it goes out with its wing
And with its beak, and hunts with the talons,

42. Who accomplishes matters without the slowness of slowness
From what he undertakes, without timidity,

43. Like a sword the burnishing purified it and its determination
Protected it through the skulls of the unbelievers,

44. By day its interior is empowered by its strength
And by it there are conduits for different concerns,

45. And most of them spend the night silent as if he were
A shimmering expanse by the daybreaks,

46. A sovereign who makes loud his praises when his wealth
And praise, when aid is absent, vanish,

47. And when souls are fearful and Khalid reassures,
Certainty is fixed in destiny's inevitability,

48. Whoever takes riches, so treasures
A crop, relations, and real estate,

49. Two treasures whose hoarded store benefits you
When the places of settlements differ,
