1. No abiding glory's radiance is lost
To eyes though far his dwellings be now crossed.
١. ما غاب باهرُ مجدٍ عَمَّ شارِقُهُ
عنِ العيونِ ولو شَطَّتْ منازِلُهُ
2. The sun withdraws, but sunlight still is near;
Though clouds arise full charged with rain they bear.
٢. كالشمس تنأى وضوء الشمس مقترب
والغَيْمُ يَعْلو ودانٍ منك وابلُه
