1. Praise be to Allah who granted victory to the sublime
After the betrayal of the virtuous minister

2. And extinguished the soul of injustice when it spread
Among us with the affection of the just and generous

3. And illuminated the night of misfortune after its darkness
With the most radiant of robes, magnificent

4. And restored the diminishing glory completely
When he was adorned with perfect perfection

5. Protector of the neighbor’s clan before their cry
Bestowing his noble deeds without asking

6. A mountain of endurance or winds of determination
On a day of clubs and a day of armies

7. He earned praise, gathering its fragments
With wisdom from his deeds and attainment
