1. You were congratulated on the feast and the like
The might of the sharp and vanquishing sword did not diminish

2. And your command was not devoid of obedience
And your praised endeavor from a grateful one

3. So your defeating might reached the extremity of towering mountains
And your generosity that shames the pouring rain

4. The neighbor takes refuge in you at a lofty eminence
A far removed person lives depending on the onlooker

5. And the guest descends when his singed mount
Yearns for the ripe and delicious dates

6. With resolute determination, bitter strength
And skin patient to the arrogance of the sublime

7. No part of its splendor is inaccessible
When the towering horse neighs with the Able One

8. The perfection of Allah's religion protecting the sanctuary
When glory implores the victorious supporter

9. It is the life of the honored tongue, it lives through it
Its despondent and confused stumbler
