1. I have been made of armor the most impregnable
For I have been fashioned for the most honorable

2. I excelled in honor over honored garments
So I became a sphere for a splendid ever-rising sun

3. I was adorned on the hill of patience and guaranteed
The sea of dew and contained the fiercest armors

4. The honored clothes envied my position
From a glorious one in his devotion, restrained

5. The prosperity of bliss, its train's edge
Almost greens the soil of the rugged plain

6. It prides itself on two noble glories
For the people of virtues, towering, unmatched

7. A stream like the gleam of dawn adorned
With the fragrance of a blossoming meadow

8. Between an inheritance that was unparalleled
Pure and earning that was without pleading

9. The sphere of perfection belongs to the prominent Hashimite
Whose nature is generous like a suckling infant

10. By the right hand of Hashimite rule it prevails
When attackers do not cease

11. It spends the night in courage and help
Between supporter of the exiled and fulfiller of needs

12. It starts the morning for the needy most listening
And ends for the living as if it had not heard

13. So the blamer, the bundled up, is incoherent
And the silent scowler, most eloquent

14. A tear that criticizes a gift for no reason
His hands rebuffed it and his aid by donating

15. The offenders felt safe with his forbearance
Fearing his power with frightening security

16. While you see the farthest of them pleading
Hopes extended to him near the intercessor

17. Fearing the Lord if his hours struggled
Between the narrow paths, he would not panic

18. The act of God against his enemies satisfies him
Without a wavering opinion and scattered vengeance

19. The tongues of fate are sharper against them
Than spears without the minister's unsheathed sword

20. The kind acts of his creation have made him pleased
Rather than plotting against them on his bed at night

21. And his clarity of character quenched their cunning
To God in his solitude and gathering

22. When the winds blow fiercely in the evening
Between the howling of gusts and shaking

23. A ally it's as if its pieces
Are knots of quicksand or cavalry of Tubba

24. The thunder almost ruptures nearby
While the scholar dies and the infant wails

25. So take example, every dark eyed gazelle
The turmoil in the muddy watering hole

26. Submissive, almost a wild beast grazing in its midst
And the cub's paw touches it

27. Consecutive, collective, as if its clouds
Were battalions of Caesar or the entourage of Tubba

28. The roar of thunder nearly tears it apart
When the Lord of Might desires and the weaned infant dies

29. So my worries threw down their belongings
Pouring like the downpour of heavy rain

30. And the continents equaled from its floods
The high plateau like the lowland

31. The mirage of the lowland became a real sea
As if for certainty it was not deceived

32. Brawling, taking the beasts' places forcibly
Its currents so the monkeys neighbor the jerboas

33. The minister Zainabi excelled in his generosity
That dew truly without ostentation

34. His generosity arrives at the utmost frugality
And his gifts strike the honorable targets

35. You meet him in two manners never deviating
From justice or placing something undeserved

36. If he becomes serious the resolves of his solemnity
Are not degraded or his nonsense soured in vain

37. The shadow of exile, its helpers weakened
And the poor became rich and the desperate rescued

38. And the settled upon the saddlebags, honor
Distinguishes them from the despondent souls

39. Disheveled as if above the mounts
Were ghuls competing with the ostrich

40. They excelled in emaciation so the farthest zeal
Quenched them and even if not hurting

41. They flapped their sleeves upon their necks
Flapping of prostration in bowed prayers

42. Domination by the reins of sleepiness
Renounced the obedience of rest or a finger

43. Darkness concealed and the land secret their travel
Dawn of the place disclosed it, shining

44. Their determination carved their riding animals' souls
So the slowest was like the fast gallop

45. They trotted away from the settlements on the lands
And tread its expanses, wide

46. Seeking the barren lands and glory
Whose passions the song of affliction satisfies

47. The minister's generosity called them so they descended
After defiance, upon fertile thickets

48. With openhandedness, without stinginess
And paucity of excuses, without openhandedness

49. A hill, if the clamor of events roused
A head, and harm in the excitement, burning

50. The Imam Al-Fadl learned the virtue of his position
So the elite's glory made it most honorable

51. Fates destined for him a natural disposition
By which thoughts became inclined to the terrifying

52. He excelled with what he originated, a sharpened sword
And without its scabbard, the sword would not cut

53. So its Originator endowed him with a gleaming blade
Striking splits in the adversary, harvested

54. Lonely in the scabbard but comforted
By clashes in battle and struggle

55. Smiling before the strikes and though
After its fatality, pouring tears

56. A lightning added to the clouds of fingers
And lightning without its clouds does not shine

57. But a stream in the meadow of resolute mountain
Whose surroundings are fingers' sea, gushing

58. The lack of unsheathing, its cover, as if
Without resolute intention, it was not cast

59. High virtue carried him to the zenith of ascent
Its milestones apparent upon the lofty stars

60. In it, if fates tested and gripped him
Two calamities from havoc and deafness

61. Spacious repeated invocation, as if the color of its gathering
A horizon that donned the cloak of departing clouds

62. Citing Ali in courage to the heights
So exceeding the effort of the outstretched

63. And the two noble parents, between harmful
Feared omens, and beneficial

64. To her dark complexion were two sharp teeth so it worried
The fair lineages, the open refuge

65. She grew so when forced, she contained virtue
And despair for the fortunate, a brighter hope

66. She became firm so her life in her death
And the glories of lineage after death

67. For the next life showed us
The infidelity of the unbeliever and the wrong perception

68. As if she, her bedding, and her jewelry
For the certain person, O brother of insightful heart

69. A light upon darkness left behind it
The remainder of a family's illumination not yet gone

70. Oh son of Al-Jahhaf from the clan of Hashim
The people of dew, the questioned and donating

71. And those who plunge into every hardship
Startling with the courageous pigeons

72. And those who make their passions like their shields
On the day of battle, so the covers are masked

73. Brandishing over the pigeons and fearing
Their domination, the repulsion of poisoned arrows

74. From every listening ear, the greeting of its guests
If its eyelids delayed, they were not hastened

75. The soil drowned from the surplus of its eyelids
Parading in the most fragrant praise

76. Whose abundant wealth its richness does not conceal
During winter for its tattered clothes

77. If the live coal touched the eyelids, you would meet it
For the guest, between smoothening and cooing

78. My passion for loving you, its yearning honed my elegy
And the foliage without its fervor would not ignite

79. And it makes me excel in praising you, reminding me
I am called in the prime of an era and its conclusion

80. And if I fell short for your excessive generosity, that I
Without it bear a thought divided

81. The aid spread and I, from it, ceased like wounds
Opposing the stallion haunches, gushing

82. It transcended to the lowly position with an intercessor
So attract with the paw, my brother of virtues, encourage

83. I am not satisfied by its pinnacle in your loyalty
Without conveying to me the heights, you will not appease
