Only ignorance for my love of her to cease

24. Though I sought union with a glance from her
She said it would be granted only if I accept her condition

I said I am a man who accepts conditions

26. To be killed after attaining union with you is martyrdom
My death by the hands of love is an exaltation

27. Truly glories are praiseworthy things
No degradation and disgrace was praised among them

28. The highest of them is praise of my noble brother

29. The two seas of generosity and valor, and the cloud
That makes the clouds shy when it rains

30. His right hand pours freely with spending generously
It never grew tired of spending and giving in this world

31. Father of glory, star of honor, sun of the exalted
Moon of glories, no doubt or confusion

Is exalted among the people, soaring and not sinking

34. He has the highest resolve, and he is its bold one
With determination like the sword slicing solid rock

35. He is the commander and prohibitor so beware disobeying him
Whoever disobeys his master dresses himself in anger

36. He is inclined to the loftiest matters with his seriousness
By God, he has strayed far from anything else

37. Loyal, his loyalty almost outpaced his promise
It would outstrip the flowing of bitter aloe if it rushed

38. Wise, strong in opinion - it is its correctness
You will not see in his opinion any weakness or fumbling

39. Eloquent, if he utters a word listen
To immediately take the pearls and gather them up

40. You see his wisdom is sweet and his eloquence beautiful
Making the ears into earrings for their beauty

41. The two cheeks of guidance, son of generosity and piety
And descendant of the most honorable man - honor his descendant!

42. Ocean of gnosis, you see for it no limit or shore
It has become the landing place of secrets, since those worthy of them

43. By God's knowledge have been made to land there
In his noble and generous forefathers lies salvation

44. When the lands are barren and complain of drought

45. To him the Merciful granted authority over them
He is the pole Abdul Qadir the gnostic whom

46. When his feet were fettered miracles manifested
So O my master to you - a lengthy

47. Poem glorifying you trails its skirt
A newborn daughter of thought, though months pregnant with it

48. She was completed in sections and was no miscarriage
A creation of good diction, not too long or awkward

49. Nor too short, but the middle one third
To you, O noble faced one, it flows melodiously

50. Rhymed and metered properly - treat her rightfully!
Perfumed with your musky praise of delightful fragrance

51. She surpasses musk and aloeswood in her scent
She hopes for the grasp of your hand that

52. Is the pillar, opening and closing in victory
Take her without order, as pleasure dictates accepting her

53. There is no escape but to be accepted and granted
Stay in God's safekeeping, so long as the pen writes

54. Flying in good conditions so long as the pen has written
May you remain long-lived, knowing no decline

55. As long as the world remains, no bird landing upon the earth
