1. I begin with the name of Allah in composing this string of pearls
And I praise my Lord Allah in the most eloquent praise

2. And I send blessings without end upon the Chosen One
And salutations without limit upon the Best of Messengers

3. Upon Mustafa the Elect, the Noblest of the Sent Ones
And the Best Prophet who established truth and guidance

4. Likewise upon his noble family and companions
The people of merit, sincerity of purpose and resolve

5. Thereafter we call upon Allah, Majestic is His Majesty
With the utmost humility of heart and earnest intent

6. And we call upon You, our Master, by Your Names
By whichever You are called, You respond without refusal

7. By Your Essence, O You whose Essence is Most Sanctified
Exalted beyond limits, image or likeness

8. Likewise beyond any advisor or minister to aid Him
Or father and mother, then beyond child

9. Likewise no partner in attributes or essence
O You Who is far above having an opposite

10. Similarly no equal, likeness or similarity
Exalted is He, the One Known as the Unique

11. Thus are His perfect attributes, the books of the God of the Throne made clear
In the Torah of Moses, the Psalms and after

12. In the Gospel of Jesus who spoke from the cradle
In the Quran of Taha, Seal of Prophets

13. To whom, O our Lord, You granted the utmost praise
Including its letters, verses and chapters

14. And its rulings of merging and shortening letters and prolonging them
Starting with the Opening through which no name is preferred

15. The Mother of the Book, of generosity and bounty
Then what follows, the longest chapter

16. Al Imran's house, the people of merit and glory
And Women, my Lord, and the Table sent down

17. To Your servant Jesus, O Lord honor him generously
The Chapter of Cattle, the Heights, and after

18. The Chapter of Spoils whose mention comes next
Likewise the Chapter of Repentance, O Lord, and Jonah

19. Whom You saved from drowning in the deep sea
The Chapter of Hud then Joseph's Chapter

20. And what comes after, O Lord, from the Chapter of Thunder
The Chapter of Abraham, Al-Hijr, then The Bee

21. Revelation, O Lord, it gives guidance
Al-Isra, The Cave, then Mary

22. And Taha, the Prophets, O Masters of Glory
And The Pilgrimage, then The Believers succeeded

23. The Light, The Criterion for one astray from guidance
The Poets, The Ant, The Stories which

24. The Most Merciful sent down, Exalted above any equal
The Chapter of The Spider, The Romans

25. Lukman the Wise, my brother in asceticism
The Prostration, The Confederates You foiled O Lord

26. Then the letter Saad, then The Letter Taa Seen
The Letter Ha Meem, then the letter Seen and the Qaaf after

27. The Adorned, then The Torn, The Wind-Scattered Bones
The Mount, The Star by which creations find guidance

28. The Bright Moon You split, as evidence
Of the sending, foiling one who denies

29. My God, then Ar-Rahman, Majestic is His Majesty
And The Inevitable of which the very thought turns hair gray

30. Then Iron, then The Dispute which
God hears what is said and what thoughts are conveyed

31. The Chapter of The Exodus on Resurrection Day
In which, O Lord, You urge us to Paradise

32. The Testing of the Believing Women, then The Emigration
And The Ranks, at the time of battle and strife

33. The Blessed Friday, then the Chapter
Mentioning the hypocrites, those far removed

34. Similarly, The Mutual Disillusion, then Divorce
Through which dissolution of marriage bonds is permitted

35. The Prohibition, then The Kingdom, then The Letter Noon
And The Overwhelming Calamity that whitens locks

36. And O Lord of Majesty, then The Ascending Stairways
Noah's Chapter, builder of the ark and warner

37. The Chapter of Jinn who believed in Muhammad
Hearing the Quran guiding to righteousness

38. Then The Enshrouded One, The Cloaked One raised up high
The Rising of all Creation for God, Worthy of zeal

39. And O Lord, The Man, Those Sent Forth
But The Great News spreading word of Resurrection

40. The Tearers who tear out every soul
From each body and self, from each liver

41. Likewise The Frowning, O Lord, then the Chapter
Mentioning The Folding Up, O Granter of gifts

42. Then The Sundering, the Defrauders, and woe to him!
Woe and remoteness be to the defrauder!

43. Then The Cleaving, O my Lord, then The Multitudes
Then The Decline, You inspired me O Guide

44. The Afternoon, then The Night, O Lord, and Morning Brightness
Similarly the Chapter The Solace for Mustafa the Singular

45. Then The Fig, Recite by the decree, But when
It was not, The Earthquake on the First Blast

46. Then The Chargers, then the Striking Calamity of which
The Lord of the Throne says, Spare me from its horror!

47. Then The Declining Day, O Lord, then Rivalry
In world increase, then the Chapter of the Elephant

48. My God, then The Unity, Exalted is His Majesty
Then the Chapter Determining the appointed time of all

49. And O Lord, then Dawn's Splendor, then The Land
Which the Chosen One opened, vanquisher of India

50. Then The Sun, then By the Night, O Lord
Similarly the Chapter of The Morning Brightness for Mustafa the Singular

51. Then The Fig Tree, then Read beginning with His name
Not having been, then The People, which is the Seal, O Lord

52. The poem concludes as it began, with praise to the Lord
By Your Throne, the Pedestal, the Preserved Tablet

53. And the Recordering Pen of all we reveal or hide
Then Gabriel, O my Lord, and Michael who

54. Will blow the Trumpet for Resurrection O Reviver
The one who seizes souls, O Lord, every one

55. Who carry the Throne, protected from toil
So too, O Lord, for all the angels

56. They are God's army, the greatest of armies
And the highest heavens, their constellations

57. Their stars, the concealed receding celestial bodies
Likewise the stations altogether

58. Containing good fortune and luck
Mecca, O my Lord, and the Sacred House

59. My God, through which Hejaz triumphs over Najd
And the Sacred House, O Lord, and Zamzam

60. And where the Friend stays, bestower of gifts
And the corner, then the Black Stone, O Lord

61. Turning sins of people as black as night
And Taybah, made pure by the one who guided creation

62. Its fragrant garden from the Gardens of Eternity
And the Rauda, wherein settled the great ones

63. Leaders of mankind, lions of bravery
Likewise holy Jerusalem and what it contains

64. A blessed land whose borders are known
And the seven earths altogether, O Lord

65. All that lies between ascendance and descent
Containing the lands of every prophet and messenger

66. And the resting place of Best of Creation
The Farthest Mosque, and the Mosque of Taybah

67. And the Sacred Mosque where pilgrims gather
For every prophet You sent, O Lord, every messenger

68. My God, You sent him with guidance to light the way
Adam, O Lord, and Idris after him

69. Hud, brother of `Aad, those far removed
Then the Friend of the Holy House, Ayyoub who showed

70. Patience with affliction O Lord, and steadfastness
Then Shu`ayb, Lot, then Salih

71. Dawood arranged the Psalms in order
Then Suleyman, to whom the wind was subdued

72. Elias, O my Lord, and Aaron of glory
Then Yahya, Zachariah his father

73. Then Jonah whom You saved from the engulfing sea
Then Isaac, O my Lord, and his son Jacob

74. To whom You returned Joseph, best of answers
Then Joseph, O my Lord, and Al-Yasa`

75. Of whom You said "He was truthful in his promise"
That was Ishmael, O Lord, whom You ransomed

76. Commanding his father to sacrifice him
Then Joshua, Al-Khidr, then Elias

77. Then Shemaya, Sham`oon, Ezekiel of repute
Then Hanzalah, O Lord, then Seth and Khaled

78. Son of Sinan, then Luqman the ascetic
Then Moses' mother, O my God, then Maryam

79. Then Alexander the well known barrier builder
And the Tribes in full, O Lord

80. Then Jurjis who rose up guiding his people
Then Daniel without question, the entrusted bearer of the Torah

81. Then Ezra the brother of bounty
Then Noah, Jesus, and Moses his grandfather

82. Your Friend, O Beneficent, honor him greatly
But the best of them, pride of creation, Ahmad

83. Noblest Messenger, bringing truth and guidance
Who supported the pillar of truth, O Lord, and erected it

84. And returned the pillar of misguidance to ruin
By his radiant way which You helped, O God

85. With the sword of truth, drawn from its sheath
By his wives, best of women, `Aisha

86. Was especially beloved, excelling in affection
Then Fatima Az-Zahra, mistress of women

87. And his progeny, O Lord, and in-laws too
His uncles Al-`Abbas and valiant Hamzah

88. My God, and all his Family, the honored ones
And the imam of his companions, the one of merit and bounty

89. His trusted successor who verified his words
And the pagans opposed with denial and prevention

90. Then Al-Farooq, fast to rend his garment
Having no garb but it, such was his asceticism

91. Then the martyr of the house, `Uthman
Who collected God's Book, singular in knowledge

92. And the fierce, repeated striker, Haydar
`Ali, father of the two grandsons, predator of lions

93. And the six remaining ones of the ten
Whom the Chosen One gave glad tidings of Paradise

94. Likewise the Helpers and Emigrants altogether
And the People of Badr, possessing utmost fortune

95. Who were present at Uhud, O Lord
To help God's religion with true devotion

96. Who attended the Pledge of Good Pleasure
Binding themselves to fulfill the pledge, surpassing all bonds

97. And all the Companions then the Followers
And their Followers who walk their path

98. And the practicing scholars altogether
Aiding the Prophet's Law with effort

99. Then Numan, the Shafi`i, Malik
Then Ahmad, universally accepted without denial

100. And every saint, O Lord, drawing near
And every martyr You revived in the grave

101. And the spiritual poles altogether
And masters of spiritual states, loyal to You

102. And the substitutes and the substitutes of substitutes
My God, and the Pillars, O Granter of gifts

103. And the people of attraction whom, O Lord
You drew near, overflowing with love

104. For every saint, O my God, and righteous one
And every felicitous one whom You blessed with bliss

105. And every obedient one, O my God, and worshipper
Keeping late night vigil, companion of wakefulness

106. And the Companions of the Cave, O Lord, who stayed
Three hundred and nine more years by the count

107. And we hope, O our Master, for everything
By which we beseech You, my God, in this string

108. That You help Islam, O Lord, and its people
And our mighty Sultan praised in all tongues

109. He is son of the great royal kings through time
Kings of earth's kings, peerless in sovereignty

110. They are the House of Osman who inherit
His kingdom, O my God, from ancestors

111. And the regent now from them is greatest
So endow him with manifest victory over enemies

112. God's Caliph, Lord of all worlds, his shade
Keep him for us forever, O Lord, in perpetuity

113. And aid him, O Lord of heaven, and extend him
With an army of angels in the best support

114. And grant him over enemies, O Best Granter of victory
Lasting triumph, O my Master, through this army

115. And bless him, my Master, with clear conquest by Your grace
And adorn him with triumph and gains without limit

116. And beautify him, O my Master, with awe from You
And power, then forbearance, justice and righteousness

117. And favor him, O my God, with might
To strike terror in the thickets, fearsome to lions

118. And strengthen, O God of the Throne, his armies
And grant them victory over enemies, O Fulfiller of hopes

119. And enable, my God, their spears in the foes
And their swords drawn from sheaths for resolve and determination

120. And make them war booty for the Muslims
For You know best and will fulfill, O Granter

121. And take vengeance, O Mighty Vanquisher
My God, from the enemies, with truest intention

122. And relieve the Muslims' worries and concerns
And improve their circumstances to good and guidance

123. Heal, my God, every sick Muslim altogether
For You heal without limit, my God, and wanting

124. Accept, O God of the Throne, our supplication
And we hope, O Lord, You will not reject our hopes

125. And we ask You, O Allah, for pardon and repentance
And success, O Lord of the Throne, in Paradise

126. And a good ending, my God, through Your grace
Upon the best messengers of God, truly without denial

127. Muhammad sent to all creation
Erasing the darkness of polytheism with verses and spear

128. And his family and companions
The people of knowledge, merit, generosity and bounty

129. For all time, as long as the breeze blows from the morning
And the perfume of musk, basil and iris perfume

130. And as this poem began by praising the Name of Allah
It concludes with praise to the Lord
