1. The sun of beauty set in the land of love
With the blush of coyness in the west
١. بَني العِشقِ شَمسُ الجَمالِ هوَت
بِغَربِ العِذارِ مِنَ الأشنَبِ
2. And it will return to rise over it
As though it had not set or dipped down
٢. وَسَوفَ تَعودُ طلوعاً إِلَيهِ
كَأَنْ لَم تُوَلِّ وَلَم تغرُبِ
3. So repent of love before
We see the sun rise from the west
٣. فَتوبوا مِنَ العِشقِ مِن قبلِ أَن
نَرى الشَّمسَ تَبدو مِنَ المَغرِبِ
