1. Praise be to Allah, Lord of bounty and favors
Who takes away harm, distress, and vengeance

2. Glorified is He, the God without partner
Who ordains all matters with wisdom and purpose

3. As people witness calamities that destroy them
Yet find His kindness persists despite their faults

4. See Tripoli of Syria that was under siege
But was enveloped in mercy amidst the crisis

5. The Grand Vizier came to decimate it
With an army swarming like the vast sea

6. He surrounded it, intending to lay siege
Unless it surrendered to the cruel darkness

7. If only he knew the lion of the jungle defends it
With a guardian's zeal for the protected sanctum

8. The place of the brave hero butcher its refuge
Lord of chivalry, morals, and pride its pillar

9. With a blade that etches lines in the necks of foes
Without ink, writing verses in blood

10. He aided it with armies beyond compare
In ships towering like peaks

11. He repelled the enemy in ferocious combat
Mustafa, noble and generous lion of war

12. The champion warrior, if he drew his sword
He would leave the beasts of war as shreds of flesh

13. Master of battles, his swords are wings
When outstretched, rivals cower like crawling insects

14. He burned the foe with lead and riddled them
Leaving no body part free of holes

15. He gained victory with aid from the butcher
Supporting him like a relative and friend

16. Since the robe of honor reached him from the butcher
The enemy fled in the darkness of night

17. I congratulate him as vengeance is lifted
Due to the blessings and favors I attain

18. And I pray he is always granted success
Between excellent beginning and excellent end
