1. When questioned, do not neglect to review,
Knowledge's downfall is undoubtedly forgetfulness.
١. إِذا سُئِلت فَلا تَترُك مُراجَعةً
فَالعِلمُ آفتُهُ لا شكَّ نِسيانُ
2. Turn away reliance on what you store in your mind,
For it is said that the mind is treacherous.
٢. وَاِجْفُ اِعتَمادَك ما في الذّهن تَخزِنُهُ
فَقَد يُقالُ بِأَنّ الذّهنَ خوّانُ
