1. The lamp in the house shines bright
Upon the ceiling, shedding better light
١. وَإِنَّ السّراجَ لَفي البيتِ يبدو
مُضيئاً عَلى السّقف خَيرَ ضِياءِ
2. I compared it to the moon on the ground
Then it appeared, its light shone in the sky
٢. فَقَد خِلتُه البدرَ في الأَرضِ قَد
بَدا فَبَدا نورُه في السّماءِ
