1. Every day we have new joy,
And a feast whose beauty does not fade,

2. And a life upon which luxury pours down,
And newness in which good fortune converges.

3. And a home on which generosity alights,
And a door where delegations converge.

4. By your well-being, O noble state,
The fortunate have attained happiness.

5. God has indeed repelled glory from you,
And given you abundant bounty as He wills.

6. So through you the difficult quest is made easy,
And the distant goal is brought near.

7. Thus that gloomy hope has shone brightly,
And distant consolation has returned to us.

8. Our feasts, nothing equals them,
Our joys, nothing exceeds them.

9. How can gladness be undermined for us
When you, once the feast has ended, are a feast?

10. Congratulations for the days of time that produced you!
Truly this time is a time of bliss!

11. The mother of glory shone upon you
On a day every other day envies.

12. You are a shining adornment upon time,
And you are a studded crown upon glory.

13. You have turned its black nights into white,
Though its white days were black.

14. So live as long as you wish,
With a lasting shadow of might upon you!
