Upon me, for it is lasting shade

2. And you live accompanying eternity forever
With you are auspicious days and good fortune

3. If someone like you protects me
None like you exist in existence

4. Though I wish the distant near
And fear the near is far

5. You exceeded all people in generosity and munificence
Your excellence is generosity and munificence

6. A father raised you, raised by the best of ancestors
Thus fathers are raised by ancestors

7. They began nobility, so they ascended in nobility
And you return the good they began

8. The virtues of a people were never denied
Your good manners bear witness to them

9. If the world prostrated to the most righteous of creations
In friendship and in yearning, prostration would be your right

10. You closed all glory from others
When the singular master dominated
