The day when leisure and rain quenched our thirst

1. The day when leisure and rain quenched our thirst
Is blessed and so are the roses and my joy

2. A day that sufficed us from pleasures, for in it
The sun did not rise until the moon visited us

3. In the stature of the branch he is but foliage
In the rising of the full moon he is but a harbinger

4. Would that my day which hosted it would never end
That in it my night has no dawn, and my evening no supper
