1. O Intercessor of creation and Relief of the wilderness
My patience has worn thin and my chest tightens with my affliction

2. My case has puzzled all physicians
So give me from your hand the cup of healing

3. A glance from you is a gift and bestowal
And medicine, O grandfather, what medicine!

4. So by the right of the Qur'an and Sacred Law visit me
And by the right of al-Hussain fulfill my hope
