1. You have hidden kindness, so every living being
Is happy through your kindness, my God

2. You have accustomed me to generosity and forbearance
Your hidden kindness since the time of birth

3. So do not cut it off from me, my Master
For kindness is from You, I do not fear its exhaustion

4. And adorn my soul and heart with piety
And crown me with the lights of worship

5. And do not cut off my hope in You, I am
A brother in religion, so hasten my integrity

6. And protect the water of life from the wicked
And take me to the highest level of increase

7. And protect my family, children and home
And forever build with piety its pillars

8. And provide me with prosperity and honor
And take me to happiness and supremacy

9. And cure the body of illness and sickness
And spare me laziness and stagnation

10. And purify the heart of animosity and hatred
And of arrogance, and correct its corruption

11. And treat me with kindness and grace
For kindness and benevolence are your habit

12. My God, in youth my soul struck an alliance
And went against asceticism and devotion

13. And how much pleasure it found in satisfaction
And how much it let run a reluctant steed

14. So it wandered in every valley aimlessly
How bad was my leadership in my weakness

15. And clothed me in the garments of ignorance by force
And shackled me like a chained prisoner

16. And overpowered my youth by force
And weakened my innate strength to strive

17. And grey hair laughed at my temples
And the sun of grey hair concealed its blackness

18. And weakness came and faults were exposed
And I did not prepare provision for the Day of Resurrection

19. But I have folded the wings of caprice
And clung to asceticism and worship

20. And repented to the Omnipotent of my sins
And avoided couches and pillows

21. I devoted myself to worship and left passion
And I avoided spending nights with Layla

22. My God, I did not disobey You by choice
For my limbs follow the will

23. But my heart was not content
And God has strengthened its belief

24. And my heart is filled with monotheism
And the sweetest thing I say is the testimony

25. And love of the Chosen Prophet is my religion
And the People of the House, the ones with supremacy

26. So my Master, enable me and deliver
Your ephemeral servant by Your grace to his purpose

27. For I have a lineage to the best of creation, Taha
And I fear his affection may evade me

28. Blessings and peace be upon him always
As long as rain waters vegetation

29. And his family and noble companions
Stars of virtue in the horizon of prosperity
