1. You were the best of creation in guiding my children,
And after the Messenger of Allah there is no other guide.

2. O Mustafa, after Allah you are their refuge,
So grant them abundant goodness from the best provisions.

3. Except you, O Messenger of Allah, no one looks after them,
And they are descendants of your beloved grandson.

4. And all trace back to Fatima Al-Zahra,
And the branch undoubtedly can be lofty due to its roots.

5. Generosity and goodness are gathered in your right hand,
And your sweet sea is hoped for its downpours.

6. So look upon them and make their good purpose succeed,
And bestow upon them guidance and direction.

7. If the days of time do not help them,
Then a glance from you waters the thirst of the seeker.

8. O Lord, I have none but the Chosen as my intercessor,
I hope in him for myself and them for the best happiness.

9. So my God, ease my chest through them without delay,
And make my life with them days of celebration.

10. And grant them might and give them martyrdom,
Soon, and do not decree separation.

11. And return their absent ones in triumph and elevation,
For separation has made me disgusted with sleep and food.

12. If not for my hope that Allah protects him,
I would have cut my liver with the knives of yearning.

13. My Master, my Master, let no one gloat over us,
And return the schemes of their envious ones in their throats.

14. Show them clemency, benevolence and wellbeing,
And raise my status and worth among my peers.

15. For the sake of the best of creation, the guiding one, and his family,
The arcs of salvation for the frightened and seeker.
