1. Forsake mankind and take as leader the best of creation
And enjoy the most fertile land and its orchards

2. Lofty status and a generous palm moist with dew are equal
In generosity whether it comes from the right or the left

3. Every status and status holder has followers
Kings rule because of it and it determines their traits

4. When fate turned against Kisra and Ceasar
The earth became too narrow for their domains

5. Their glory faded and fortune declined
To the lowest point, neither Kisra nor Shah remain

6. After the Prophet's sun emerged, their might set
No longer following its accustomed course

7. The world found comfort in the Chosen One
The earth smiles wherever the rain waters it

8. This Prophet whose prophethood was a cure
Healing every malady troubling hearts

9. He revived their strength though they were dead
All praise to the One who revived them through His Messenger

10. How could it not when Allah's Messenger was sent
The origin of all worlds, highest and lowest

11. The secret of existence and the loftiest rank
The best whose true speech gives abundant rain

12. This Prophet is our pillar and refuge
Whoever seeks another has strayed and gone astray

13. A strong fortress, all glory is hopeful through him
Blessed is he who heads towards and turns to him

14. My friend who makes my heart talk to me
That the Hand of the Chosen One has provided me aid

15. How many blessings has he, noble are his traits
How many favors, sincere and generous, has he granted

16. An ocean of virtue though its coast is visible
A land of righteousness though its like is rare

17. Euphrates' flooding and Nile's water from his hand
Are but drops from the cloud's sprinkling

18. The land benefits from his virtues' flooding
From it, the pleaded obtain the rain of aid

19. Again and again his hand rains generosity and righteousness
How many gifts of favor has it poured!

20. The qualities failed to describe his beautiful form
All praise to the One who fashioned it from Light's brilliance

21. His appearance almost snatches away sights
Were it not for his majesty that veils him from people's eyes

22. The sun and moon are but glimpses of his radiance
From his Light the sun veils its brilliance

23. Who can equal him in essence and attributes?
All beauty is embodied in Taha

24. My master, how many blessings you have granted me!
Without you, by Allah, I would not have attained them

25. How many times you answered my call when I sought
The heights, and so my soul reached its peak

26. How many times you returned my hand from evil
My heart found peace, though different was its aim

27. For I am Fatima Az-Zahra's offspring
From the masters and nobles she bore

28. Look upon me and do not sever my connection
Show tenderness to a servant whose master you are

29. Protect me from people whose betrayal threatens me
Without my refuge in you, how severe their tyranny!

30. But through your stature, Allah foiled their plots
And muzzled all their pens and tongues

31. My Prophet and love of his progeny suffice me
All praise to the Guardian who inspired this love

32. O best one whose intercession the sinner hopes for
The finest place of return and shelter

33. My soul may slip into sin during youth
But returns repenting to Allah

34. I hope for intercession on Judgment Day for my slips
And sins that recall sorrow in remembrance

35. But I have hope of pardon that gives me ambition
And great intercession I aspire to

36. The noble ones narrated in unison traditions
Sound in meaning and structure

37. Whoever visits Al-Mustafa's tomb will attain
Intercession, however lost or astray he was

38. Praise be to Allah, I saw his chamber
And visited in a way that was most honoured

39. How I cried, how I repented sincerely
As my soul was reverent and Light enveloped it

40. How many times in his garden I prostrated
With my head to the ground, observed by the Prophet's eyes

41. When will I return, O Messenger of Allah, again
To smell the fragrance of musk from your perfume's scent

42. Being far from you, O Messenger of Allah, wears me down
The fire of passion kindled by yearning's heat

43. To Allah belongs the good village made fragrant by its dweller
Allah be praised, it is illuminated with the Light of Might

44. Fragrance and healing are implied by its name
With this name the Guardian named and entitled it

45. It prides itself on the best of creation, and Allah's sight of it
As it did when the Messenger of Allah lived there

46. No harm comes to one who seeks shelter in its domain
Fortune and glory are guaranteed for one who attains it

47. Allah has protected the sanctuary since it was ennobled
By the Chosen One, may Allah purify him

48. Its soil is incense from Sila' and Ahad
And nearby spots, not excluding its proximity

49. It cures leprosy and cures every sickness
Just as it cured the illnesses in people's chests

50. Its fresh, blue spring is of the kind
That made it most fragrant in taste and sweetest in color

51. It flows as if it were a stream gushing
From the eternal Kawthar by Allah's name its course set

52. You who dwell in the Beloved's Fragrant abode, it suffices you
The Prophet's nearness, so pride yourselves on what makes proud

53. Nearness to his tomb, pride yourselves on your good fortune
This is the pride, this is the meaning's mystery

54. Oh woe to one who had a dwelling place near it
Blessed morning and eve for being neighbor to it

55. By Allah, do not abandon it, for it is your mother
A mother is inclined to please her sons

56. Neither Messiah nor plague shall enter it
But angels will guard it and tend it

57. I wish I were among you in the Abode of my Protector
Drawing generosity and benevolence from Allah

58. My Master, I ask You for success in making
Pilgrimage and sa'i many times with effort

59. And drinking from Zamzam by which I quench my thirst
And gaining the rituals, triumphing on its plains

60. O Seal of Prophets, this is my entire request
With honor, for my worldly life and afterlife

61. And health of body, hearing and vision
And strength of mind, for mind is most sublime

62. And grant my children, family and relatives
Honor, for myself desires their nearness' honor

63. And look after my companions, mentors and those
Who have done me favors, raised me and helped me grow

64. May Allah of the Throne send blessings upon him whenever
I compose poetry in meters or sing lyrics in melodies
