1. O crisis, relieve me, for oppression has increased
And evil has become widespread, and harm has become provision

2. And justice has gone, and tyranny has taken its place
And betrayal has prevailed after weakness has intensified

3. As for hypocrisy, its trade has flourished
And truth has become in events, nearly extinct

4. And hatred and contemptible envy of its companion
Has spread among all people, groups and individuals

5. Deceit, fraud, aggression and division
Among hearts, so everyone has become adversaries

6. Every goal, if you think about it, is despicable
Until after unity, they have become separate individuals

7. O vinegar, you have no excuse
If you were led by the self and passions

8. So people in their endeavors have become factions
And all have deviated from the path of justice

9. You find them cheerful and smiling
But their hearts are overflowing with grudges

10. To the point affection has died in them
So they have become like firm mountains

11. They are wolves in sheep's clothing
Rather, their souls have made them lions

12. Due to their greed and baseness of spirit being their guide
They have lost the hearts of all people

13. So relieve this anguish, my Master, in your generosity
And make Your servants inclined towards good

14. And be gentle, for people's hearts have been corrupted
And deviated on the path of truth into disbelief

15. Therefore, I have taken the Messenger of God as my refuge
The best of creations, who called to the truth

16. The light of existence and secret of secrets from eternity
Eye of eyes and who called to the truth

17. Purifier of the universe from filth and impurity
So it spread to souls and bodies

18. Calling to God with the upright religion, and whoever
He called to guidance, increased in guidance

19. So he made the truth shine, and its face glowed
And extinguished polytheism and tyranny decisively

20. And with arrogance and turning away, his call was rejected
By people who took gods besides God

21. So he wielded the sword against them after calling them
And ignited war against the enemies

22. And Surat Al-Fath came giving glad tidings
Of the honour of victory, subjugating those who plotted

23. So a people yielded, while others stubbornly resisted
Thus they were distanced from the path of truth

24. Until the path of truth became clear to them
So all soldiers and leaders submitted

25. This Prophet, through whom the universe was ennobled
And through his grace, attained felicity

26. Through his radiant and brilliant face
The signs of misguidance and the army of polytheists were erased

27. Masses of people entered his religion
And became masters of the whole universe

28. And his Family, Companions and Helpers
Set up the tent of religion in the horizons as pegs

29. Until it was firmly established and its pillars strengthened
And people became worshipers of the Almighty

30. They stood firmly in love of the best of creations
Imagining them in the arena of war as lions

31. Never showing weakness to calamity, nor wavering
Rather, sheathing the sword in the enemies decisively

32. Never hesitating in obeying commands or showing frailty
Or intending to delay in the matter

33. And everything precious became cheap to them
So they all generously gave themselves and their wealth

34. Until they humbled all Arabs and non-Arabs
After all had shown enmity towards Islam

35. An upright religion, all of which is wise
The mind comprehends it if it is led

36. How many miracles appeared for the best of creations
In the universe, preceding his conception and birth

37. They were like the rising sun illuminating the universe
Surpassing the stars in radiance and number

38. Before his birth, how many messengers gave glad tidings
And how many foretold his timing and appointed time

39. And the monks warned his people saying
Their religion would soon disappear

40. And the law of God's Messenger would abrogate it
With the definitive remembrance, flourishing forever

41. Indeed, the miracle of the Qur'an is most eloquent
Of what the messengers brought, in its precision and guidance

42. Sweet tasting, with humble minds submitting
And wondrous in its affair, if you repeat it, increases

43. Humans and Jinn are unable to comprehend it
Whether it pronounces "Saad" or does not pronounce "Dhaad"

44. Because it is from the All-Wise, Most Exalted
Guiding to righteousness and refined manners

45. The morals of this chosen Prophet have ennobled
His worth, so all have become obedient to it

46. His pure forefathers have been honoured
In lineage and branch, so excellent are these ancestors

47. Their faces shining with guidance and virtue
So all guidance in the world leads back to them

48. And all glory and possessor of glory is their follower
Since their traits have made them glories

49. Praise be to God for producing for God
This singular one, yet surpassing all in excellence

50. O master of messengers, praising you brings me joy
And gladdens my heart, composing and reciting

51. So make my reward for praising you, out of generosity
Good care, relief and felicity

52. And ward off the hand of enviers when they set up
Enmity against me, for they are wretched enviers

53. And ward off the hand of enviers when they set up

54. And protect me through your stature from every calamity
O best of those who have spread good and abundance

55. They have inclined towards betrayal and war
And deviated from the path of peace, becoming cutthroats

56. Evil in secret, yet if you attend their gathering
You hear advice, invocations and litanies

57. Censuring the world and its vanities intensely
You would think them ascetics in acquiring wealth

58. Reciting the definitive verses of the Qur'an
Like a snake reciting with melody in order to catch prey

59. Who do I have besides you, O Messenger of God, to save me
From a band who have ridden towards betrayal

60. Their throats are adorned with hypocrisy
But they are full of rancour and grudges

61. O illuminator of the Green Dome, you have attracted
Visitors and pilgrims seeking succour and rain

62. I am your lover, and the beloved is generous
In caring, whether one whispers to You or calls

63. You are my pride, my savior and my reserve
Bestowing abundantly to those who come to You

64. So look upon me and be generous in Your connection
And make for my spirit and body, aid from You

65. You and Your Family are the best intermediaries for me
I have lain in wait seeking goodness through You

66. And Your uncle Hamzah the noble, whose gallantry
The battlefields have witnessed in their depths

67. And the Companions, in-laws and Helpers altogether
So whoever's narration of them is authentic in chain

68. You are with them, and by the Haqq, my reserve
If the times treat with hostility or enmity

69. O best of those who have spread good and abundance
And provided goodness for visitors abundantly

70. The days I visited You were, by Your right,
Ultimate honour and celebrations

71. When will You return, for if Your return brings goodness for me
I will rub my cheeks in Your soil, counting them

72. And I said Your generosity is my hope and pursuit
For with Your generosity you have granted many gifts

73. And be my intercessor when the records are unfurled
And I do not find in them provisions I forwarded

74. On the Day intellects are confused with fear
When bodies and limbs fall as witnesses

75. And Hellfire is brought, blazing,
From which all will see shackles and chains

76. I have no intercessor to follow after
Except You, in both abodes frequented

77. May the God of the Throne send blessings upon You, for as long
As the ink flows or wood is erected on camel litters

78. And upon Your Family, Companions and followers altogether
And all who led the armies of victory
