A promise that delighted or a threat

8. Generosity by which you aided the wretched

9. Gentle nature except that it is
To each rogue intending evil, a foe

10. To each rival and in what you spent
Of hand and soul - mighty, matchless glory

11. Behold! O chosen master
Behold! O magnificent, splendid chief

12. For your people both near and far
Your leadership today is a joyous feast

13. And for them after it an opening
And through it a new covenant
