Until hearts are straitened by them

22. In difficult matters he proceeds, nothing makes him
Rein in until matters are settled

23. A journalist who at every new dawn
Sends opinion with guidance and illumination

24. He took truthfulness as his approach in politics
And avoided delusion and deception

25. He does not wrangle over transgressions and does not lack
Supporting his contemplation

26. And the arena of striving for truth is vast
Where the weak and beseeching call

27. In storms, so they subside
Thus when they are guided, they do not tyrannize

28. How he lamented in every institute the wretched
Infirm and destitute

29. Indeed our mighty sovereign does not cease
To be a great ally to the eminent

30. He conferred the supreme rank, the most deserving
With it, and he is skilled in competence

31. In the majesty of his gift to the lofty
His view of who to promote is clear

32. And the leaders in Arabism, he did not miss them
In proper appraisal of excellence

33. Among those he rewarded with the finest adornments
Who holds that weighty position

34. O' noble paradigm, immortal in
Every heart, his mention blessed

35. No reward befits your merit except
What the Exalted, Almighty rewards
