1. Let hope smile in your greeting
And joy shine in your secrets
2. Beautify my youth as one wishes
Your chastity, purity and coyness
3. Delight my eyes with lovely sons
And a husband whose faithfulness endures
4. Adorn your head proudly with a crown
That illuminates your glory and brilliance
5. And forget not the rhythm of poetry in it
As the best women poets compose
6. For the garland is no honor to the beauty
Nor the plaiting of her locks toil
7. Rather, preoccupation splits the head
With what virtue rejects and chivalry disdains
8. And preocupation with futile matters weighs it down
In which the world is equal
9. The sun of morning shone and the meadow bloomed
With freshness, ease and water
10. Rise to the morn and anticipate it
Its advance is honesty and illumination
11. And sing loudly for the souls' highest
Expression is singing
12. And talk to the flowers agreeably and playfully
For anxiety has no place in beauty
