1. Boasting and pride do not sway unless the palm tree sways to them,
And they are not spread by a folder upon a carpet.

2. We are the foremost who ruled the world; our ancestors,
Their glory brands necks with conquest.

That exertion did not embrace the like from a son.

4. So it continued as innate in us, and as a habit,
Sublimity that its edges overflow with envy.

5. When we trace our lineage, people love that they are
Of us, and we do not accept to be affiliated with anyone.
