4. Its branches are companions, though distance keeps us apart
In the Maghreb

5. In my heart a fire kindles these passions
So be amazed

6. If the branches raced in that arena
They would be established

7. So the most intense sorrows accompanied the times
A grieving heart

8. To the sweet springs and cascading streams
They marched on

9. Oh my burning heart for that stream
Is there any rest

10. In the field of nearness may the cascade cool the fevered thirst
If it were possible for the thirsty one to be sated

11. From the fountain
In the meadows of contentment that is fortune

12. For the seekers
Oh guide of the caravan

13. To al-Aqiq
I lament the separation - is there a path

14. That leads to the beloved
When intentions come near the rising of stars

15. A fluttering heart
For Yathrib is a garden of spirit and sweet basil

16. Filled with varieties
Its blooming trees give life to the world

17. At all times
O best of Messengers with miracles

18. For the free and slave
The cry of a crazed man called from afar

19. In fear of death
You are my comfort and you are my goal

20. And for me attributes
That ravish the ears and require separation

21. What can be done
Who with passions recounts in the blooming thickets

22. Of swaying branches
O passionate one, the intention is for the lost

23. To seek Him
If distance has blinded you, trust in God's forgiveness

24. For His servant
And leave the youth who wanders, distracted

25. From the right path
O gardens, create from the orchards

26. Jasmine
And leave the sweet basil for the sanctity of the Merciful
