1. Oh, from the intensity of longing
My heart has become afflicted

2. Sighs of passionate desire from you
Have not been granted union

3. Tears have melted it
And weeping and moaning

4. Towards you is yearning
It is forever indebted

5. The tear has softened his cheek
The eyelids have been wetted by it

6. Oh my healer, oh my doctor
Your forgiveness of me is best

7. You have not ceased to be described as kind
So grant your servant favor

8. You have not ceased to be with me in my affairs
My master, my gentle lord

9. You are my protector, my helper
So strengthen the weak servant

10. Whether I have an excuse or protector
If my standing here is prolonged

11. Oh my painful day
And the records of pages are recited

12. And the hearts of people tremble
And the fire of fear is prayed to

13. Oh my God, by the prophet
Of high worth, Ahmed

14. And the contented one, Al-Ridha
And Abu Hafs the glorified

15. And the martyr and the Hassani
Pride of eternal glory

16. Towards the courtyards of the beloved
So facilitate paths for me

17. When will I be granted nearness
Or see that family

18. Oh separators of union from me
Carry me to al-‘Aqiq

19. My misfortune and length of sadness
My crying and passionate sighing

20. Make me harvest with the sword
The flowers at the time of joining

21. Is there for a lover a share
So separation returns to union

22. Oh time of nearness, incline
And grant your weary one favor

23. My master, I have melted in sorrow
Do not disappoint my purpose in you

24. And grant me my goodness from you
My long distance has shown me

25. And forgive the words of meaning
Wandering, complaining with passion

26. Oh so-and-so, if you pass my beloved
Turn your ear, oh messenger

27. Why did you take the neck of the emaciated
And steal the mouth of the beautiful
