1. I have for you a sealed chest,
And a precious goblet beyond all worth.

2. Of generous vineyards and estates to be
Yours if you desire such wealth.

3. Graceful slender cups and others bold
Adorned in garlands before your eyes.

4. And there is conversation set aside
To cure souls made ill and cold.

5. And if you wish for one to sing, I have
A songbird whose tunes allure.

6. And by my life, you'll find in my garden
No blossom but stays and endures.

7. So put to rest this waiting upon me,
I'm calling for aid, make haste don't delay!

8. Offer your time for what I've set aside
Of hands and ancient favors.

9. Before the running of youth, so take care-
However you aim, its zeal is hard to tame.

10. Seize the day! For I'm not one to
Lounge lazy while time does claim.
