١. وَشاطِرٍ صَكَّهُ تَطَيُّرُهُ
ما عاشَ مِن كَفِّ راجِلِ الوالي
2. You did not see him, his street's spy
Extinguishing in it the lamp of the grocer
٢. لَم تَرَهُ قَد عَينُ شارِعِهِ
يُطفِئُ فيهِ سِراجَ بَقّالِ
